Do you sell European peptides? : No. We don't believe any such thing exists. In fact, a "European" website promoting such nonsense is actually registered to China and engages in numerous dishonest business practices.
Are fillers such as Mannitol used?: These peptides contain NO fillers. Volume is achieved strictly through vacuum pressure during freeze drying.
Do you sell peptides in nasal spray form? No. Solutions start to spoil as soon as they are mixed. We do provide guidelines and instructions for you to make it yourself. Please read more about nasal sprays by clicking HERE.
What types of water may I use to dilute these peptides? To read a tutorial, please click HERE
Are there other payment methods available? Yes, we take most forms of payment. Just email us at service@uslabexports.com for instructions.
What is the best way to store your peptides?: Store peptides in cool, dry place and avoid light (i.e. put in a box or bag that will block light). Idea storage temperature is -20°C (-4°F) to -80°C (-112°F) . Defrost cycles can shorten lifespan. Do not attempt long-term storage in a refrigerator - use a freezer. If you only have access to a refrigerator, limit your purchases to a 90 day supply.
Will shipping during hot weather damage the peptides?: One of the purposes of freeze drying is so they will remain stable at room temperature or during shipping for up to 90 days. Shipping in coolers does virtually nothing except waste money. You still want to put the peptides in a freezer once they arrive so extend the shelf life to a year.
Where will my peptides ship from? All orders to Canada and areas not mentioned below ship from the US. All peptide orders are guaranteed against customs seizures unless stated otherwise.
Norway: Orders ship from within Norway. We only accept orders when we have stock in Norway ready to ship. At that time, the products will appear in the store and include "shipping to Norway" in their title.
Germany and the UK: Orders for Chinese peptides ship from within each country. We are also adding bac water and supplies for local shipping. American products ship from the US.
Australia: Ships from the US and must use Global Express Guaranteed for peptides.
My peptide arrived and it's appearance is not what I expected. I am used to seeing..... Should I be concerned? No, this there are several ways the product can appear and be normal:
1) Filling 2/3 of the vial: This has been highly lyophilized after being put into the vial and that is why it looks like there is so much in there. It will dilute with the same amount of water as any other appearance does.
2) Small grainy, rocky appearance or hard pellet taking up maybe 15% of vial. Traditionally this is the most typical appearance. This is typically lyophilized after being placed in the vial but less was was added before lyophilization.
3) Hardly anything in vial, tiny amount of powder or flakes spread all over the vial: This is how it will look if lyophilized before placing in vial (and not lyophilized a second time). It will have the same potency as any of the other methods.
Can you refrain from charging my credit card until it ships or can you add something else I want and add it to my credit card? No. My website does not record or store your credit card information. That is only seen by our bank. Your card will be billed at the time of the order and I am not able to add charges to your card. I do not wish to change this. I don't want to be a suspect in fraudulent charges nor do I want anyone to be able to hack my website and obtain your credit card information. Having the bank collect your information from an encrypted order page and not storing the information is the safest method possible.
How can I know if my order has shipped? What do the order statuses mean? We change the status to "Shipped/Ready to Ship" once we print your postage. It means that the order is ready to go to the post office. Most orders ship the same day they are placed if received by 5 p.m. EST.
What if I just need to add something to my order. How do I avoid additional shipping fees? In most cases the extra weight will not change the shipping costs. Place another order and choose "store pick up" for deliver and write "Please combine with order # ____" and we notify you if there actually is an increase in shipping costs.
What is your return policy? . We cannot vouch for the safety of peptides after they leave our office, therefore we will not accept returns. If a batch of peptides are found to be damaged/ineffective, we will offer replacements or refunds.
What is your privacy policy?: Information about you or your transactions will not be shared with any other company. We will not contact you except with information about your order (s) unless we distribute a newsletter and you have signed up for it.
