Is your credit card getting declined?

          The most common reasons for turn downs when you have enough funds is that you registered here with a different address from where your card bills to or your bank is declining transaction because they think its unlikely you would purchase from a small company like ours that isn't near where you live.  In those cases their fraud control automatically turns down the transaction.

     I don't currently have the ability to invoice you for you to use your charge card.  You can try another card or use online check/check/money order or wire the funds through Western Union/Moneygram.    Contact me if you need other payment methods.

     Sometimes attempting to charge can cause an "authorization" and your bank will reserve those funds for the pending charge which won't happen if you received a decline.  The authorization is normally released automatically in about a week.  If this is causing a hardship, please e-mail me at service@uslabresearch.com and I can write your bank a letter asking them to release the funds on their end.  Make sure to tell me the name of the bank to write to and provide your full name.

     FYI: Our payments are processed by our bank.  (We only receive the last 4 numbers of your card).  Because we never see your full credit card number, we are unable to add more products to your order and charge your card for you.  This protects you because your credit info is not stored on the site for a hacker to steal.

 

Fraud Prevention

We generally do not accept purchases where it is being charged to one person/address yet being shipped to someone else at a different address unless the cardholder has previously made purchases with us or we can independently verify permission to use that card.  This might not be possible if the cardholder does not have a listed phone number.  We reserve the right to require a copy of the cardholder's driver's license or photo ID before approving the purchase.
